The evening’s soloist, Tofig Shikhiev, is a graduate of the Uzeyir Hajibeyli Baku Music Academy (class of USSR People’s Artist Farhad Badalbeyli), a recipient of the Youth Award of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and a winner of international competitions held in the USA, Italy, Spain, Germany, Poland, France, and Turkey.

He has performed at international festivals in Finland, Germany, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, Italy, Malta, and Greece, and has also taught at Bilkent University in Ankara. Against a backdrop of a sea of candles, the artist will immerse you in an unforgettable musical experience.
