On October 17, a concert program titled "Songs of the Heart" dedicated to the prominent Azerbaijani composer, People's Artist, and State Prize laureate Tofiq Quliyev, will be held at the Heydar Aliyev Palace.
The event, supported by Azerbaijani Television, will feature performances by well-known representatives of Azerbaijani culture and art.
