The International Mugham Center presents a concert by the finalists of the “Ahsan” television competition. In the first concert, the “Mugham” instrumental ensemble will perform. The artistic director is Rashad Ibrahimov. The guest performer for the concert is the Honored Artist Tayyar Bayramov.
