Sign in to the iTicket.AZ mobile app, open the “Tickets” section and select the ticket you wish to transfer. Then tap “Transfer”.
Enter the recipient’s email address or user ID in the relevant field and confirm the transfer.
Once the transfer has been completed, a notification about the ticket transfer will be sent to the recipient’s email address.
After the ticket is transferred, the recipient will receive an email notification containing a link to accept the ticket.
When the recipient opens the link, they will be redirected to the iTicket.AZ mobile app if it is already installed on their device. If the app is not installed, they will be directed to the relevant App Store or Google Play page, depending on their device.
After downloading the app, the recipient should sign in if they already have an iTicket.AZ account. If they are not registered, the system will automatically create an account and send the login details to their email address in a second notification. Once signed in, they can accept the transfer request and view the ticket in the “Tickets” section.
A transferred ticket will only appear in the recipient’s mobile app after they accept it. Until the recipient accepts the ticket, its status will remain “Pending”.
To accept the ticket, the recipient must open the following section in the iTicket.AZ mobile app: Account → Transfers → Accept.
Once the transfer is accepted, the ticket will appear in the recipient’s “Tickets” section.
Before confirming a transfer, make sure you have entered the recipient’s user ID or email address correctly. A three-second waiting period is provided before the transfer is confirmed so that you can check the details again.
Once the recipient has accepted the transfer request, the ticket cannot be returned to the original purchaser’s account.
