The honorary collective, the Folk Instrument Orchestra named after Said Rustamov, will accompany the performance of “Mugham Dastgahs” (Artistic Director and Chief Conductor: Mustafa Ashurov), featuring “Zabul Segah” and “Bayati Kurd.” The mughams will be presented by honored artists Sevinc Sariyeva, Beyimkhanim Veliyeva, Gochag Asgarov, and vocalist Elbrus Niftaliyev.
