The nutrition forms will be explained while you are doing sport.
The participants will become familiar with their bodies in anatomic content.
You will train with different equipments (mat pilates, cadillac, reformer pilates, yoga) throughout the day.
Participants will become familiar with training plan and the ability to work seamlessly with individuals who have difficulties in problem-solving skills, treatment of scoliosis and forward head posture. The participants may ask their questions to the sport doctors during the training. The participants will be awarded with a certificate by Bodysystem Academy.
