Tickets purchased for the event are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and cannot be restored.

Tickets are sold only in QR-ticket format. To use your tickets, you must log in to the iTicket.AZ mobile application using the account through which the ticket was purchased.

QR tickets will be activated only on the day of the event.

Screenshots, photographs or other unofficial forms of the QR ticket will not be accepted at the entrance.
