Physical tickets are printed on paper and represent the traditional way to access events. These tickets must be presented at the venue on the day of the event.

How to get it?
Physical tickets can only be purchased at sales points. Online ordering and delivery service are not available.

Physical tickets can be obtained at the following locations:

• Shopping centers 28 Mall and Ganjlik Mall
• Heydar Aliyev Palace box office
• ASAN Service centers
• Theater box offices
• Other city ticket offices

Refunds and exchanges:
Physical tickets, like electronic tickets, can be refunded or exchanged according to the same rules. Refunds and exchanges are not possible within 48 hours of the event.
