Tickets issued in paper format

A physical ticket is a ticket issued in paper format by official iTicket.AZ box offices and sales points. The original ticket must be presented to the access control staff when entering the event venue.

 

A QR ticket purchased online cannot subsequently be exchanged for a physical ticket. Before selecting a ticket format, please review the ticket formats and purchase options available for the relevant event.

 

Purchasing a physical ticket 

Physical tickets can be purchased directly from official iTicket.AZ box offices and sales points or ordered online through the iTicket.AZ website and mobile app.

 

When placing an online order, you can either pay immediately by bank card or select the “Cash Payment” option and complete the payment later at a box office.

 

If the order is paid online by bank card, the physical ticket can be collected later from an iTicket.AZ box office or sales point.

 

If the “Cash Payment” option is selected, the order will remain valid for two hours. The physical ticket must be paid for and collected from an iTicket.AZ box office or sales point within this period.

 

Please note that the “Cash Payment” option is not available for online orders when 48 hours or less remain before the event starts.

 

Official sales points include the box offices located in 28 Mall and Ganjlik Mall, the Heydar Aliyev Palace, ASAN Service Centre No. 4 in Baku, the ASAN Service Centre in Sumgayit, theatre box offices and other authorised sales points.

Entering an event with a physical ticket 

When entering the venue, the original physical ticket must be presented to the access control staff. Once the ticket has been verified, you will be allowed to enter the venue.

 

The ticket must be kept safe until the day of the event. Please ensure that the printed information, barcode and other verification elements are not damaged.

 

Keeping your ticket safe

Physical tickets must be protected from water, dirt, high temperatures, direct sunlight and other conditions that may cause damage.

 

If the information printed on the ticket or any part used for verification is damaged, the ticket may become unreadable and may not be accepted at the venue entrance.

 

Depending on the terms of the relevant event, it may be possible to reissue a lost or stolen physical ticket. In such cases, 15% of the ticket price may be deducted.

Returns and exchanges

The conditions applicable to physical ticket returns are determined by the status of the event and the payment method used. For further information, please review the “Ticket Refund and Change” section.

 

Physical tickets cannot be returned online through the iTicket.AZ website or mobile app. To request a return, you must visit one of our sales points located in 28 Mall or Ganjlik Mall and present the original physical ticket.
