CHEVRE | Creative ecosystem

Chevrä is an urban ecosystem that will be created on the site of the former “Baki Telebat Gabları” factory in the Sabunchi district, just 15 minutes from the center of Baku.

The project will breathe new life into this historic industrial space, transforming it into a unique platform that brings together culture, art, business, and urban life. Here, the industrial past meets modern opportunities, creating a new environment for living and development.

Chevrä will become a point of attraction for people of different ages and professional backgrounds, introducing new value to the city’s economic and social landscape.

The project is being developed on the territory of the former “Baki Telebat Gabları” factory. This space reflects Azerbaijan’s industrial heritage while integrating it with contemporary innovation.

The site includes a five-story building (5,500 sq.m), two additional large warehouses (1,300 sq.m each), and an extensive surrounding area of 2,805 sq.m designated for parking. The complex is located in the Sabunchi district of Baku, just 15 minutes from the city center.
