Paulaner Baku

Paulaner Brauhaus Baku is a brewery restaurant located in central Baku in a modern standalone building inspired by European architectural design.

The structure reflects the style of traditional Bavarian beer halls, featuring a spacious main hall with high ceilings, solid wooden elements, and an open-plan layout that recreates the atmosphere of a classic German brauhaus. The interior blends industrial touches with warm natural materials, while panoramic windows and a terrace enhance the sense of urban openness.

Paulaner Baku is part of the international Paulaner brand, one of Germany’s oldest breweries with over 400 years of history. Its opening in Baku marked the expansion of the brand into major international cities.

Today, the venue functions not only as a restaurant but also as a cultural and social event space, hosting themed evenings and live performances while maintaining a distinct European beer house ambiance.
