On September 18, the XVII International Music Festival dedicated to the great composer and founder of Azerbaijani professional music, Uzeyir Hajibeyli, will open in our country.
Organized by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation and the Ministry of Culture, with the support of the Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation and ICESCO, the festival will run until September 28. Within the framework of the events to be held in Baku, Sumgayit, Shusha, Ganja, Aghjabadi, Nakhchivan, and Gazakh, magnificent concerts, performances, exhibitions, a scientific symposium, and master classes will be organized.
Along with Azerbaijani musicians, renowned performers and musicologists from Türkiye, the USA, Germany, France, Switzerland, Korea, and other countries will also take part in the festival.
