Sinem Islamoglu started to perform as a Jazz Vocalist with Aykut Kalpak Jazz Orchestra at age 15, followed by similar appearances with numerous distinguished musicians. Sinem has also a degree in Stage and Performing Arts from Bilkent University in 2003 and is a regular performer at Ankara Theater of Art. Among the awards she has won: People’s choice at 8th Nardis Jazz Vocal Contest in 2012 Best Supporting Actress in ‘Karbeyaz’ in 2011 International Film Festival Sadri Alisik Theatre Award with “Bes Para Etmez Varyete” Musical Play in 2014
