İpek Dinç is one of the most captivating jazz vocalists of Istanbul’s jazz clubs. She stands out with her unique performance style and natural ease. In 2006, İpek became a finalist of the Nardis Young Jazz Singer of the Year competition. Her rapid success led her to the Nomme Jazz Festival competition in Estonia, where she won third place. İpek’s repertoire includes R&B and jazz standards, as well as her own original songs. At the Baku Jazz Festival, İpek will perform with Azerbaijani musicians, uniting the two brotherly countries through music.
Composer, saxophonist, music producer, and arranger Grzech Piotrowski is an artist who moves fluidly between genres — blending film music, classical, jazz, ethno, roots, and open improvisation into a unique and evocative sound. He is a graduate of the prestigious Department of Jazz and Popular Music at the Academy of Music in Katowice, where he studied saxophone.
His musical projects are known for their expansive soundscapes, emotional depth, and a sense of magic — shaped by the harmonious collaboration of extraordinary musical personalities and temperaments.
At the Baku Jazz Festival, Grzech will perform with a chamber orchestra conducted by Walid Aghaev.
