Author of “Déjà vu” book: Eldar Akbarov

In 2015 Eldar Akbarov’s Photo book "Déjà vu" was shortlisted on a prestigious international contest of photo books in US, "Davis Orton Gallery". As a part of this contest best 10 books ("Deja vu" ranked as first in the list) were demonstrated at prestigious "Griffin Museum of Photography", US. More than 4 years passed, but some questions still remain. What kind of artistic goals did the author have? In which aesthetic context did the fine structure form? Which visual language did the author use? These and many other issues will be addressed by the speakers as part of this discussion, which will be held in an open form.
