• Baku welcomes the world swimming elite! For the first time in history, Azerbaijan will host the prestigious World Aquatics Swimming World Cup 2026 as the grand opening of the "Silk Road Tour". Across 3 action-packed days, the planet’s fastest athletes will battle in short-course (25m) formats including freestyle, breaststroke, butterfly, and backstroke.
• Star Athletes: At the Baku stage of the World Cup, the world’s strongest swimmers will come together to compete across various distances. Fans will have the opportunity to watch leading international swimmers such as Cameron McEvoy, Haiyang Qin, and Siobhán Haughey perform live.
