On June 4, the II Cultural Festival for People with Hearing Impairments will take place at the Azerbaijan State Academic Russian Drama Theatre.

As part of the festival, around 100 children and young people with hearing impairments will showcase their talents in various fields of culture and art together with Zulfiya Khanbabayeva, Fargana Gasimova, Dilara Aliyeva, Oksana Rasulova, Mardan Kazimov, Orkhan Zeynalli and other well-known figures.

Notably, a fragment from the performance “Tribute to Notre-Dame de Paris”, staged at the Azerbaijan State Academic Musical Theatre, will be presented for the first time in a new format using sign language.
