The “Novruz Festival” will take place at the Azerbaijan State Children’s Philharmonic Hall.
As part of the festival, on March 18, 2026, a solo concert by the “Sedef” Folk Instruments Ensemble of the State Children’s Philharmonic will be held. The concert will feature selected pieces from the ensemble’s repertoire developed over many years, presenting the richness of national music and the enchanting sounds of traditional folk instruments to the audience.
An exhibition and a fair are also planned as part of the festival.
