Our goal is to arouse interest in a promising field and share our knowledge.
The first program lasts 4 months. Help Desk The course includes:
- Comptia A+ and many parts of the Cisco IT Essentials certification program;
- Understanding of Cisco network equipment, Router, Switch, Access Point configuration and troubleshooting;
- Covers key topics in Windows Server 2019.
The course is taught in both theoretical and practical ways. Graduates who successfully complete the program are fully prepared to work in the IT field.
Those who complete the Help Desk course will have the opportunity to receive an International certificate.
