Gogal

The play "The Adventures of Gogal," presented by the actors of the Russian troupe of the Azerbaijan State Academic Musical Theater, is based on the motifs of the Russian folk tale "Gogal." The play's director, stage designer, and artist is the theater's chief director, Ahed Hajiyev.
The story revolves around the interesting adventures of a gogal baked by a grandfather and grandmother during its journey. Although the mischievous gogal encounters various forest animals along the way, it manages to escape from them while singing cheerful songs.
The ending of the stage play differs from the original tale, meaning that the fox does not eat the gogal.
