On 14th April will take place lecture of the famous Turkish historic,professor of international affairs on the subject "Caucasion History" in the Heydar Aliyev centre.

Ilber Ortayly was born in 1947. He graduated from the Faculty of Political Science at the University of Ankara and the Faculty of History, Geography and History. He received his master's degree from the University of Chicago. He recieved his PHD in 1974, and in 1979 he worked as an assistant professor and professor in 1989. He is the author of many scientific articles and books.
