On June 4, at 15:00 at the International Mugam Center, the 1st Culture Festival of the Hearing Impaired, dedicated to the 100th anniversary of national leader Heydar Aliyev, will be held for the first time in Azerbaijan.The festival, which will demonstrate the talent of people, with hearing and speech disabilities, in many fields of art, will be held in sign language with well-known artists supporting them on stage.
