There is a fairy-tale character loved by children all over the world: Cinderella. This beautiful and kind girl is also very hardworking. Her father was a woodcutter, and she lost her mother at a very early age. Later, her father married a woman who already had a daughter. From the very first day, the stepmother began to mistreat Cinderella and made her do all the housework. So that her father would not worry, the girl tried to do all the work patiently and well. But no matter what she did, she could never satisfy her stepmother.
In the country where Cinderella lived, the shah’s son wanted to marry a girl he truly liked. To find a worthy bride, a grand celebration was organized, and all unmarried girls over the age of sixteen were invited. Cinderella’s stepmother burdened her with work and went to the celebration together with her own daughter. Upset by this, Cinderella tearfully began carrying out her stepmother’s tasks.
At that moment, a miracle happens: her fairy godmother appears. By magic, she completes all the girl’s work. Then, using her magic, she dresses Cinderella in a beautiful gown and places glass slippers on her feet. She also provides her with a horse-drawn carriage. At the same time, the fairy warns Cinderella: “You must return home before midnight, otherwise all the magic will disappear and they will recognize you.”
As soon as Cinderella enters the ballroom, everyone admires her and is enchanted by her dancing. The prince falls in love with her and decides to marry her. When the clock reminds Cinderella that it is time to return home, she rushes to leave the celebration. In the process, one of her glass slippers is left behind. Using the slipper, the prince finds Cinderella. However, even at this moment, the stepmother does not abandon her deceit and malice: at any cost, she wants the prince to marry her own daughter. The wise prince realizes that the true owner of the slipper is Cinderella and marries her.
The character of Cinderella has become a symbol of kindness, while the stepmother represents malice. This fairy tale encourages children to value perseverance, honesty, and loyalty.
