An Ireland you’ll recognise from the very first inflection.
Here, they know everything about you. Especially the things you’ve never done.
Everyone wants to leave — but just try saying it’s better somewhere else.
Any resemblance is, of course, purely coincidental.
In “İNİŞMA”, a distant world feels indecently close to home.
Billy, a young man with a disability, dreams of escaping his home island, but finds himself up against the local ways: first they feed you, then they talk about you, then they judge you, then they feed you again.
And good luck figuring out whether they love you or simply don’t want to let you go.
Inspired by Martin McDonagh’s play The Cripple of Inishmaan.
Please note: a limited number of performances!
Directed by Konstantin Soldatov
