This special concert evening is dedicated to the work of one of the deepest and most influential figures in jazz history — John Coltrane. The pieces performed throughout the evening cover different stages of Coltrane’s musical journey — from classic hard bop to his spiritual and experimental jazz explorations.

The concert program begins with one of his most famous compositions, “Naima,” leading the audience into the magic of melodic improvisation. The musicians will then perform selected parts from the legendary album “A Love Supreme,” conveying Coltrane’s spiritual world and inner search through the language of music. The climax of the evening will be the energetic and rhythmic composition “Giant Steps.”

The musicians on stage, staying true to Coltrane’s quartet tradition, will present live improvisations featuring saxophone, piano, double bass, and drums. The lighting and stage design highlight the emotional depth of the music and transport the audience to the jazz atmosphere of the 1960s.
