Ashyg Ramin Garayev, on the initiative of the 1st Vice-President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mehriban Aliyeva, took part in the inclusion of Azerbaijani Ashyg art in the UNESCO list of intangible heritage in 2009. In 2021, he was awarded the "Aşıq Alasgar 200" jubilee medal for his active participation in the development and promotion of Azerbaijani Ashiq poetry. In 2012, he took 3rd place at the Dede Gorgud festival in Kazakhstan.
In 2019, he took part in the celebration of the 650th anniversary of Imameddin Nasimi in Madrid, the capital of Spain.
He took part in the “Karabakh is Azerbaijan” event dedicated to the 1st anniversary of the victory of Karabakh in Istanbul, Turkey.
In 2022, he participated in the opening ceremony of the IV World Nomad Games in Bursa Iznik (Turkey), which was attended by the presidents of 5 countries, including Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
In 2023, he took part in the Poetry Days of Molla Panah Vagif in the city of Shusha (Azerbaijan) and performed the role of Abbas Tufarganly as an actor.
