Leopold and Mstislav Rostropovich's 21st School of Music is one of the well-known and leading music schools in the Republic. The music school has been in existence since 1967. Until today, the school has graduated talented musicians who have gained recognition in the Republic and have won 20 Presidential awards.

On May 31, 2024, a concert featuring works by Azerbaijani and foreign composers will be held at the International Mugham Center, showcasing various instruments, as well as a symphonic ensemble and folk music instruments orchestra.
