On December 26th at 7:00 PM, a solo concert by Honored Artist, tar player Sahib Pashazade titled "The Magic of the Plectrum" will take place at the Ganja State Philharmonic named after Fikret Amirov. The renowned tar player will be accompanied by the Chamber Orchestra and the Folk Instruments Ensemble of the Ganja State Philharmonic.
