The play "Mauqli" tells the story of Mauqli, a human child raised by monsters in the jungle. According to the jungle laws, the weak always face the danger of becoming prey to the strong. Being brave, determined, kind-hearted, and showing love and loyalty to friends can overcome all adversities.

The play is based on the Nobel laureate Rudyard Kipling's work of the same name. The founding director of the play is Elshad Rahimzade, the founding artist is Mayis Abdullayev, the music composer is Irada Muradova, and the director's assistant is Sona Mustafayeva. The choreography of the stage performance is by Ceyhun Dadashov.
