About the Mentor
Melda Güliz Ateş – CHRO advisor, HR specialist, and Experience Design Lead. She mentors HR professionals, managers, and executives of high-ranking companies in Turkey that are listed among the top 100. Melda began her professional career in ING Turkey’s Customer Experience and Innovation Management team, where her NPS REASONING project was recognized as a best practice by ING Global. She has worked on production efficiency and optimization projects at BRISA. Currently, Melda mentors prestigious companies and organizations such as Türkcell, QNB Finansbank, Yemeksepeti, Trendyol, AKSA HOLDING, and FORD.
