About fear: Fear is one of the most important feelings in a person's life, which warns against certain threats, thereby saving a person's life. But, there are also limits to fear, where, when, in what situations it is worth being afraid. Surely there is hardly a person who is not afraid of snakes. And what about the father, mother, relative or a close person, even if yourself and finally how do you look at the fear of Conscience?Although there is a big reward behind all this, after overcoming which we can get a strong growth in life, achieve something. Playback theater is the expressed stories of the audience, on which will be formulated and a performance will be staged with the help of improvisation. In 1975 Jonathan Fox and Joe Salas were the founders during the creation of this theater and at the moment there is a plenty of them across the world.
Playback Theater is practiced in conflict resolution, public presentations, change management, education, social dialogue, peace-building and other fields. Regularly, Playback theaters organize meetings and festivals. During the performance at the Playback Theater , many people get the opportunity to tell and see their own story on stage.
The Playback Theater also plays a role in the resolution and development of personality crises. Because visual (see) and auditory (hear) the acts of the participant are combined and turned into an experience for realizations in reality. Thus by telling his story, the participant learns who he really is. The structure of the Playback Theater:
First part.
• The moderator-psychologist organizes a discussion with
the participants on the topic;
• Together with them, he analyzes their thinking,
behavior, emotions;
• At this time encourages the telling of life stories.
Second part.
• Watching the process, the actors spontaneously begin
to act out their stories on stage.
Third part.
• If necessary, the reader will be also involved in the
scene;
• If there is a conflict in a lively scene or in spectator
phrases, it will be solved together with a psychologist;
• Feedback is received from the participants.
