RULES
OF THE ADVERTISING CAMPAIGN NAMED "APARTMENT IN SEA BREEZE FOR THE TICKET" HELD BY "NARDARAN INVEST" LLC AND "ITICKET PRODUCTION" LLC

  1. The purpose of this Advertising Campaign is to draw consumer attention to the activities, products, and services of "Nardaran Invest" LLC and "Iticket Production" LLC, as well as to promote and increase awareness of these offerings.
  2. The current Advertising Campaign is not a game, bet and (or) lottery, does not contain an element of risk, does not aim to obtain profit or other income, and is carried out in accordance with these Rules.
  3. The Advertising Campaign titled "APARTMENT IN SEA BREEZE FOR THE TICKET" (hereinafter referred to as the "Advertising Campaign") consists of granting an apartment (hereinafter referred to as the "Apartment") to one individual who meets the requirements set forth in these Rules and is selected by a random draw conducted via the platform https://www.giveawayjet.com/, from among those who purchase a ticket and attend the Justin Timberlake concert, scheduled to take place on July 27, 2025, at the Baku Olympic Stadium (hereinafter referred to as the "Concert"). The Apartment is located in a building currently under construction by "Nardaran Invest" LLC as part of the "Park Lane" project and will be transferred after the building is put into operation.
  4. Each ticket, whether paper or electronic, contains a unique barcode that automatically qualifies for participation in the Advertising Campaign. For electronic tickets, the barcode will be available only on the day of the Concert. 

    The results of the Advertising Campaign will be published on the INSTAGRAM account @seabreeze.realestate.

  5. "Nardaran Invest" LLC and "Iticket Production" LLC has the right to engage advertising agents, including other third parties, in connection with the organization and conduct of the current Advertising Campaign, and in these Rules, "Nardaran Invest" LLC, "Iticket Production" LLC and those persons are individually or collectively referred to as "Organizer" or "Organizers".
  6. Persons who attend the Concert are considered participants in this Advertising Campaign (hereinafter referred to as the "Participant" or "Participants"). By participating in the Advertising Campaign, Participants are deemed to have submitted an application for participation and to have confirmed that they are fully acquainted with, accept, and agree to the rules and conditions set forth herein.
  7. Persons who do not wish to participate in the Campaign must notify the Organizers by sending an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Refusal to participate in the Campaign” and the following text: “I, [full name], refuse to participate in the Campaign held as part of Justin Timberlake’s concert on July 27, 2025. Please exclude my ticket from participation.” The ticket must be attached to the email.
  8. By participating in the Advertising Campaign, the Participants consent to the collection, processing and transfer of their personal data to the Organizers in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan. 
  9. Participation in the Advertising Campaign is voluntary in accordance with Clause 6 of these Rules. The Organizers have no obligations toward the Participants other than those explicitly stated in these Rules, and the Participants shall not have any grounds to make demands or claims against the Organizers in this regard. 
  10. Features of the apartment:
    • Address: Baku city, Sabunchu district, Nardaran settlement, territory of «SeaBreeze Resort»;
    • Project: «Park Lane»;
    • Total area: 37.5 sq.m.;
    • Number of rooms: studio (1 room)
    • Condition: not renovated.
  11. The Apartment will be awarded to one of the Participants of the Advertising Campaign who meets the requirements set forth in Clause 11 of these Rules. The selection will be made through a random draw..
  12. Participant Requirements.
    • A person who is at least 18 years old, holds a ticket to the Concert, and has actually attended the Concert may participate in the Advertising Campaign;
    • The Organizers’ employees, including its subsidiaries and other related persons (including their representative offices in other countries) and their employees, are not allowed to participate in the Advertising Campaign. This restriction on participation in the Advertising Campaign applies to close relatives of the mentioned persons (including parents, brothers and sisters and their husbands or wives, husbands, children, including adopted children, grandparents, grandchildren, as well as parents, stepbrothers and stepsisters and their husbands or wives). If a person participating in the Advertising Campaign discovers that this restriction applies to him / her, that person must immediately inform the Organizer about it and (or) stop further participation in the Advertising Campaign. Concealment of that fact by a person and his /her continued participation in the Advertising Campaign despite this restriction is considered a violation of these Rules. A participant who violates this restriction is automatically excluded from participation in the Advertising Campaign. If a violation of this restriction is detected, the Organizer has the right to refuse to provide the Apartment to such a person, and if the Apartment has already been provided, the Organizer has the right to demand the return of the Apartment from that person. In such a case, the current Rules will be amended and the Advertising Campaign will be held again.
  13. The first day of the start of the Advertising Campaign is June 24, 2025, and the last day of the Advertising Campaign is July 26, 2024. The Participant who will receive the Apartment is determined within three (3) days from the day of the Concert.
  14. Within the specified period, a notification with the following content will be sent from the email address [email protected] to the phone number or email of the Participant awarded the Apartment: “You have been selected to receive a free apartment as part of the Advertising Campaign ‘APARTMENT IN SEA BREEZE FOR THE TICKET’. To claim the apartment, please contact us at [email protected].” The Participant will be required to provide a screenshot or the original copy of their ticket.
  15. If the Participant awarded the Apartment fails to perform the actions specified in Clause 13 of these Rules within 5 (five) days from the date of notification, such Participant shall be deemed to have declined the Apartment. In this case, these Rules will be amended accordingly, and the Advertising Campaign will be conducted again.
  16. The order and period of providing the Apartment:
    • Taking into account that the Apartment is currently part of an unfinished building under construction, the Apartment will be provided only after the completion of all construction stages required by law and the official handover. The Apartment will be delivered at the time and under the conditions specified in the relevant agreement on the provision of the Apartment (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement"), which shall be concluded between the Organizer and the Participant awarded the Apartment.
    • The ownership right to the Apartment shall be registered in the name of the Participant awarded the Apartment, in accordance with the terms and within the timeframe specified by the Agreement and pursuant to the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan
  17. The Organizer is not responsible for transportation, taxes, ownership registration, or any other costs incurred by the Participant awarded the Apartment in connection with obtaining the Apartment. Such costs shall be borne solely by the Participant. If the Participant awarded the Apartment refuses to pay these costs, they shall be deemed to have declined the Apartment, and these Rules will be amended accordingly, with the Advertising Campaign held again.
  18. If the Participant refuses to accept the Apartment, fails to comply with the requirements of these Rules, or does not obtain the Apartment in the prescribed manner due to their own fault, the Apartment shall remain the property of the Organizer. The Participant shall have no right to reclaim the Apartment, nor shall it be substituted with any monetary compensation.
  19. Legal relations related to the Advertising Campaign are regulated by these Rules, legal relations not regulated by these Rules are regulated by the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
  20. The Organizerы reserves the right to change these Rules, as well as the duration of the Advertising Campaign. Immediately after the acceptance of the changes, the Organizers makes a corresponding announcement about it on official accounts of their social networks and internet pages.
  21. In cases of force majeure, including natural disasters, fires, military operations, changes in the effective legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan that may affect the Advertising Campaign or if any legal act is adopted, as well as in case of other force majeure circumstances beyond the will and control of the Organizers, the Organizers is not responsible to the Participants and other third parties for these incidents.
  22. These Rules come into force from the first day of the Advertising Campaign.
