Space_13

Space_____13 is a historical building in the Mudehar style with characteristic decorative elements, filigree stucco in floral and geometric motifs reflecting the synthesis of the art of East and West, once belonged to an Iranian-born oil producer. The building was nationalized during the Soviet era and became private property again after Azerbaijan gained independence.
Later it was restored by Ulviya Mahmud, preserving most of the architectural elements and the general appearance of the building in its original form.
