Irina Dubtsova – a Russian singer, composer and songwriter who has been involved in music since childhood. From 1999 to 2001, she performed as a member of the group “Девочки”. She gained widespread recognition in 2004 after winning the fourth season of the television project “Фабрика звёзд”. The song “О нём”, performed during the final, became her first major hit and appeared on her self-titled debut album in 2005. She writes the music and lyrics for most of her own repertoire and has also created songs for performers including Philipp Kirkorov, Polina Gagarina, Ani Lorak and Sergey Lazarev. Her work combines romantic pop ballads, estrada and pop-rock with direct songwriting and a powerful vocal delivery.
