Jamal Gasimov – an Azerbaijani singer and songwriter who releases music in both Azerbaijani and English. His work combines pop and rock influences with expressive vocals and contemporary arrangements. In 2024, he released “Affirmation”, “Good Day”, “Love Story”, “Ey Azərbaycanım” and “Xəzərin Sahilində”, recorded with Jasur Nematov. He represented Azerbaijan at the international Sanremo Junior competition in 2025, finishing third with “Affirmation”. The final was held at Sanremo’s Ariston Theatre with a symphony orchestra. His later releases include “Özünə İnan”, “Stereotype”, “Danış” and “Ürəyimsən”. His songwriting frequently explores self-belief, motivation, national identity and personal emotions.
