John Newman – a British singer from North Yorkshire whose voice first reached a wide audience through Rudimental’s “Feel the Love”, a UK No. 1 single in 2012. “Love Me Again” became his defining solo hit the following year, while his debut album Tribute also topped the UK chart. His collaboration with Calvin Harris, “Blame”, earned him another UK No. 1. Newman later continued to combine soul-pop songwriting with electronic and dance production, while increasingly developing the DJ side of his career.
