On May 24, the Ganja State National Drama Theatre will host a special retro evening dedicated to the golden era of Azerbaijani music. Performed by the Candlelight Retro Ensemble, and set in the elegant and magical glow of candlelight, this evening promises an unforgettable musical experience.

As part of the program, the finest gems of Azerbaijani pop and classical vocal tradition will be performed in new, delicate, and emotional interpretations. Familiar melodies, revived in a retro spirit, will take you on a refined and moving musical journey filled with nostalgia.

Candlelight Retro Ensemble is a specially formed musical group by Candlelight Baku, consisting of three vocalists and an instrumental ensemble. The lineup includes piano, percussion instruments, tar, kamancha, and more. With rich stage experience, a balance of styles, and a live interpretative approach, the ensemble revives retro repertoire within the modern Candlelight atmosphere, turning each performance into an emotional and memorable musical experience surrounded by thousands of candles.
