In response to the ongoing socio-political events in our country, the Azerbaijan State Youth Theater, as a creative organization, immediately announced a competition called "2783..." on the topic of the "Karabakh - Homeland War" after our magnificent victory. The play "Small Heroes" by writer-playwright Ilgar Fahmi won the competition.

The plot of the work is accompanied by an interesting storyline, and the dramatic material is resolved through intriguing life events, in line with the characteristics of the dramatic genre. Soldiers from different regions sacrifice their lives to liberate the homeland from foreign invaders and to free our lands. They are "small" heroes: young individuals who till the soil, pick up a weapon for the first time, and are ready to sacrifice their lives for their homeland. These "small heroes" also showed that a person's stature is not determined by their size.

During the 44 days of battle, our army fought heroically on the battlefield, and this play is dedicated to the courage of our heroes who sacrificed their lives for the sake of victory and the glorious Triumph. It will also play a significant role in nurturing the patriotic spirit of the younger generation.
