Murda – a Turkish-Dutch rapper, singer and songwriter whose real name is Önder Doğan. He was born in Amsterdam, spent part of his childhood in Madrid and later lived in Istanbul. Growing up in different countries influenced his music, which combines Turkish rap with Dutch and wider European hip-hop traditions. His collaborations with Ezhel on “AYA” and “Bi Sonraki Hayatımda Gel” brought him widespread recognition in Turkey and beyond. His music includes elements of hip-hop, trap, pop-rap and dancehall. He performs in both Turkish and Dutch, combining melodic choruses with a rhythmic rap delivery. Murda has become one of the best-known artists connecting the Turkish and European rap scenes.
